We’re looking for aLife Cycle Assessment (LCA) Specialistto join our sustainability team. In this role, you’ll help us understand and reduce the environmental impacts of our products, services, and processes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to support sustainable decision-making and ensure alignment with environmental standards.

What You’ll Do
Conduct LCAs in line with ISO 14040/14044 standardsGather and analyze data on materials, energy use, emissions, and wasteBuild LCA models using tools like SimaPro, GaBi, or OpenLCACreate clear, engaging reports and visualizations to share insightsCollaborate with teams across RD, product design, and supply chainRecommend strategies to reduce environmental impact and improve sustainabilityStay informed on evolving LCA methods, databases, and regulationsSupport environmental declarations (e.g., EPDs) and sustainability certificationsWhat You Bring

A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field (Master’s preferred, but not required)8 years of experience in LCA or related sustainability workProficiency with LCA tools (e.g., SimaPro, GaBi, OpenLCA)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear and effective communication, both written and verbalFamiliarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, ISO 14001, GRI)Experience with carbon footprinting and circular economy assessmentsUnderstanding of product design and manufacturing processesAbility to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teamsTools Skills Required
