Job Description
We are seeking a talented Layout Designer to provide CAD drafting support for composite designs and revisions. The role involves facilitating review calls, capturing meeting minutes, and managing design projects through a 14-month lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying module drawings, understanding SIM ticket requirements, and providing feedback to Change Management.
Responsibilities
Obtain and document all specifics regarding projects from site selection and transaction management.Research and compile all available information for sites.Coordinate engineering and architectural specifications for each building type, including internal composite coordination and site-specific information.Coordinate initial architectural design and permit submittals.Develop and provide supporting documents for lease execution such as site plans, work letters, and phasing plans.Develop initial construction schedules and sequences.Create construction estimates for capital requests and planning efforts.Manage due diligence and utility coordination efforts prior to construction hand-off.Provide complete and accurate documentation for construction handoff, including contacts, drawings, and permit status.Maintain a repository for all pre-construction work products by site.Essential Skills
Bachelor of Arts or Science in Interior Designing and Planning, Architecture, Engineering and Tech Drawing, or Engineering.Minimum 2 years of experience with AutoCAD AND RevitAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Experience with Revit.Large commercial project experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Skills in facility layout, floor plan design, and module design.Work Environment
This role requires working onsite five days a week at a designated location in Bellevue, WA. The work environment includes collaboration with multiple stakeholders and managing expectations of project managers. You will be engaging in both individual tasks and team meetings, utilizing various design software and tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $41.00/hr.
