Job Description'Overseeing all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across Mexico and coordinating Law&Coompliance activities within Mexico. This role ensures that the organization operates within the law and adheres to the highest standards of corporate governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance that enable the management and employees of OESL to achieve the goals of the OESL organisation within the boundaries of the law and that minimize the risks and maximize the opportunities of OESL.
Qualifications'Commercial law (including international commercial law), civil law, corporate law/governance and other related fields of law
'Legal Mexican Spanish, English
'Ability to draft and review contracts
'Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
'Knowledge of compliance legislation, policies and systems
Knowledge of Contract Management, Matter Management tools and other Law&Compliance tools, if applicable
Ability to steer and forster projects from the legal & compliance perspective
