Responsible for the overall operations and sustaining the service and efficiency across all laundry operations.Oversee the laundry operation and equipment within the organizational frameworkOperate laundry equipment efficiently to process hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry/dry cleaning.Handle guest and associate inquiries regarding laundry services, providing accurate information on pricing, turnaround times, and special requests.Ensure all items are cleaned, pressed, and returned promptly while maintaining quality standards.Handle guest and associate inquiries regarding laundry services, providing accurate information on pricing, turnaround times, and special requests.
