Responsibilities The Laundry Attendant's typical job functions include: Operating irons, sort line and towel machines daily Folding and placing items in appropriate storage areas Sorting and counting articles to verify quantities on laundry requisitions putting linen away blowing off machines daily at the end of your shift packing orders daily and cleaning carts following a hot list to get the orders out nightly Have a positive attitude Qualifications This position may for you if: You are 18 years old You are available to work nights, weekends and holidays You are able to lift up to 50 pounds You are able to stand for long periods of time You are available to work 2nd shifts You are available to work every 3rd Saturday You are available to work overtime in the busy peak season
