Launch and Change Mgmt Analyst

In 2022, Continental generated sales of €39.4 billion and currently employs around 200,000 people in 57 countries and markets. + Responsible for ensuring stable launch, change and sourcing processes and for the coordination of the supply chain related and SAP based Material Master Data of a product or component. + Conception and realization of all activities that are required to prepare plant SCM and to achieve the safe introduction of a new product. + Work on Project Logistics Concept (include Customer information about the receiving plants in existing concept drafts) and Internal Logistics Concept (e.g. material flow, supply of production...) + Update Risk evaluation Matrix & Action list: Update LSR during NPL. In case escalate to NPL Manager / Project Manager + Check regularly on all known and fixed Logistics topics/costs. Communicate changes to Sales, Purchasing, NPL Manager, PM to be able to renegotiate contracts. Update contracts, Logistics concepts etc. in case of major changes. **Tasks in Detail:** + Supplier contact and coordination + Participation in NPL meetings and NPL process starting from G30 until G90 (in defined cases starting from G20) + Being contact person for NPL team for all SCM related issues + SAP Master data set up (MM) + Ensuring material supply for defined and agreed finished good build ups (incl. usage of different supporting tools like DCO) + Set up of incoming process from supplier (incl. ASN set up, Pick-up frequency etc.) + Creation and set up of the Logistics concept (internal and external) incl. coordination of implementation + Coordination of all Logistics NPL activities together with the NPL team + Definition (or coordination of the definition) of packaging + Set up of SCM timing schedule and activities for all affected SCM counterparts (e.g. warehouse, shipping etc.) + Conduct a lessons learned workshop before closing the NPL project + Handing over all relevant information and documents to serial SCM team + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field + 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or related field + Knowledge: + Excel + Data analysis and reporting + Supply chain processes and best practices + International trade regulations and logistics + Advanced English + Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the role At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
