Latin America Technical Service Manager
**Job Description Summary** Manage the MMS LATAM technical service teams, ensuring successful implementation of MMS solution and ongoing support services and delivering positive customer/partner experience. Create and execute the strategies for the technical services organization, lead field operations, manage the technical services P&L, monitor technical services sales, and control technical services costs. Become a maker of possible with us! **Medication Management Solutions (MMS)** With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams. **Main functions:** + Manage the technical service department. + Managing the area's resources. + To provide the level of service required by our customers and channel partners. + Sell service products. + Offering service products according to the needs of customers and channel partners. + To obtain the stipulated income and thereby contribute to the goals of the organization. + Create and implement the department's strategy. + Listening to the needs of internal and external stakeholdersand aligning the organization's objective with the plans to be implemented. + Ensure timely and financial successful implementation of MMS solutions + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are implemented on time and revenue is recognized as projected. + To ensure the success of projects, provide customers with a positive implementation experience, and contribute to the results of the business. + Control the department’s business expenses + Manages the technical services P&L + To ensure the technical services organization is running efficiently and contributing positively to the business’ bottom-line results. + Provide the established results according to the need of the business. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. + Experience in technical service team management, both service delivery experience, and value generation to improve the profitability of the department. + Desirable Master's degree in management. + Advanced English. + Intermediate Spanish. _“BD values equity in the workplace without discrimination for any disability, class, ethnicity, age, religion, gender identity or sexual orientation.”_ Required Skills Optional Skills . **Primary Work Location** BRA Sao Paulo - Chacara Santo Antonio **Additional Locations** **Work Shift** Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
