Position: LATAM TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Reliability Manager

Location: Remote based on São Paulo - BR, Pouso Alegre - BR, CDMX - MX, Monterrey - MX or Buenos Aires, AR

Reports to: Sr. Manager ERA LATAM

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic TPM Reliability Manager to lead the deployment of Equipment & Facility Ownership standards and drive maintenance excellence across our LATAM regional operations. This role is part of Newell’s PEAK (Planning, Engagement, Achievement, Knowledge) strategy, focused on building capability in people, processes, and technology. The TPM Reliability Manager will be responsible for enabling reliability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver coaching and training in core TPM pillars: Autonomous Maintenance, 6S, Centerlining

Lead initiatives in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Analysis, CMMS, and Spares Optimization

Support deployment of PEAK PACS (Processes, Applications, Capabilities, Systems) across LATAM

Develop and execute Master Deployment Plans aligned with strategic goals

Facilitate workshops, kaizen events, and capability-building sessions

Provide hands-on coaching to site teams, from operators to senior leaders

Ensure alignment between reliability initiatives and business performance metrics

Build and mentor local PACS teams to sustain excellence

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong experience in TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies

Proven background in coaching, training and influencig large and multilevel teams

Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels

Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is highly desirable

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

Regional experience across LATAM countries

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability

Comfortable in a support-focused role centered on capability building

Availability up to 75% travel across LATAM and North America USA VISA available to travel
