What the day will look like The TBS Product Owner LATAM acts as the key link between the technical evolution of the platform and its business application in the region. This role ensures that the TBS platform is aligned with both global product definitions and the specific needs of LATAM stakeholders, driving solutions that enhance the employee experience while meeting business objectives. The Product Owner will lead the LATAM business analyst team and support local business analysts, ensuring smooth collaboration between technical and business teams. The role focuses on connecting technical capabilities with business outcomes, working closely with the LATAM Employee Experience Manager and regional consultants to deliver impactful solutions. + Define the TBS strategy and roadmap in LATAM, balancing global priorities with regional needs. + Lead the business analyst team, guiding them in gathering and prioritizing business requirements. + Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align the platform with business and employee experience goals. + Act as a bridge between technical development and business strategy, maximizing the platform’s value. + Drive continuous improvements in usability, scalability, and processes, overseeing team performance and resource management. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Strong knowledge of product management principles, including roadmap development, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement. + Experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables and vice versa. + Familiarity with SaaS platforms and online benefits management solutions is a plus. + Proven experience leading teams, particularly business analysts, in a regional or multi-country context. + Experience working with global teams and aligning regional needs with global priorities. + Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. + Certifications in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
