LATAM MV & HV Componentes Sales Manager

We are looking for a LATAM MV & HV Componentes Sales Manager 

to join our LATAM Sales Team.

Based in Sorocaba, reporting to LATAM Power Grid Director , you will be responsible for Identify and generate Network Components business opportunities and launch the market across Latin America .

 

 

You will focus on the following activities:

 

Implement and execute strategies to develop new business opportunities for Network Components in LATAM Region.Develops and maintains strong relationships with customer.Understand customer business and product requirements, coordinate with sales team the enhancement portfolio to the needs of the customers.Drive workshops on customer site and provide technical sales support.Recognize market and technological trends, uses market research and attends tradeshows to anticipate future directions for the portfolio and identify innovation opportunities.Provides competitive analysis and market information.

  

Who are we looking for?

 

Degree in Business Administration, engineer or related3-5 years of relevant experience in the sales industry or product engineer. Technical Sales support management and or business development experience within a strongly technical organizationCapable of driving business development activities.Strong knowledge in technical sales.Excellent leadership, business acumen, organization, and decision-making skills.Strong collaborative skills with internal and external business partners, experience working in an international team.Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with senior executives both internally and externally.Fluent in English. Additionally, Spanish is a plus.
