About the Futureforce Internship Program (1-Year Immersion in LATAM):

Our 1-year Futureforce internship program in LATAM offers a truly immersive and hands-on experience for ambitious and talented university students. As a Futureforce intern, you'll gain deep insight into Salesforce's operations within the LATAM market, work on sustained, impactful projects, and become an integral part of your team.

Within Salesforce, our Alliances and Channels team is crucial for extending our market reach and driving revenue by building and managing strategic relationships with external partners—such as System Integrators, Resellers, and Independent Software Vendors. These partners are vital in helping us sell, implement, and innovate with our technology.

This extended program is designed for significant professional and personal development, allowing you to build expertise within this critical ecosystem, expand your network, and explore potential long-term career paths within the Salesforce Ohana. You'll have unique opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute directly to our customer success in the region through our partner strategy.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Recruit and Develop Net New Partners: Actively support the Alliances and Channels team in identifying, recruiting, and developing new partners across various clouds and industries within the region/country.Manage Daily Business Processes: Assist with essential day-to-day operations within Alliances & Channels, including partner lead administration, supporting partner onboarding processes, and guiding partners on certification training paths.Support Partner Marketing: Contribute to partner marketing activities, processes, and communications, ensuring effective engagement with our partner ecosystem.Assist with Partner Funding: Provide support for processes related to partner funding and financial operations.Collaborate closely with your team on strategic initiatives to expand Salesforce's reach in the LATAM market.Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and Futureforce program events.
 

Required Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited university in (Brazil, Argentina, or Mexico), with the ability to complete a 12-month internship as part of your academic curriculum or a gap year.Strong academic record.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Local Language(s), (Spanish or Portuguese) and English.Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.Proactive problem-solver with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.Demonstrated passion for technology, business partnerships, and customer success.
 

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

Prior experience or coursework related to sales, business development, marketing, or operations.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or cloud technologies.Demonstrated interest in partner ecosystems or channel management.Experience with relevant coursework, extracurricular activities, or community involvement.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
