LATAM E&E Senior Manager

The LATAM Elevator and Escalator Senior Manager provides leadership direction, and resource stewardship to the organizations LATAM sales function.  The LATAM Sales Leader is accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with the global business strategy.  

Responsibilities

-Accountable for managing all aspects of the LATAM EEBU including but not limited to the following:

- Accountable for managing an effective sales organization design, including hiring, sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment.

- Provides leadership to the sales organization’s management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.

- Cooperate with Prysmian country/region and closely coordinate with EEBU Regions to align policies and process and achieve requested result.

- Oversee allocation of organization objectives across all sales channels, markets, and personnel; and ensuring all key sales and sales management associates are held accountable for assigned results.

- Establishes guiding sales organizational principles, process and prioritizing critical performance measures for all sales jobs.

- Responsible for price management, LATAM unified and efficient quoting process using updated costs

- Responsible for E&E LATAM sales contracts with customers, setting targets for each of sales rep -KPI, activity KPI, opportunity KPI and sales KPI

MP and Forecasting

- Accountable for preparing sales volume for MP and establish rolling forecasts for overall business and products segmentation by / customers / territory / product

- Responsible for CRM utilization by sales team – keeping data updated, and properly maintained using CRM analytics to enhance team’s sales efficiency

- Based on information gathered, recommends or requests action to improve existing products, pricing, and/or manufacturing and distribution of Draka EHC products in the Territory

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options in the Latin America market Investigates avenues of long-term revenue growth in Latin America consistent with the corporate growth strategy and business model

- Remains aware of all major market developments and trends in Latin America

- Develops and nurtures relationships with strategic partners in Latin America. Carries out feasibility studies/business plans for product or service improvement, customizing, re-modeling and new product / service development Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

KEY ATTRIBUTES

Completion of 4-year degree business program specializing in Sales & Marketing, International Selling, is critical to the job.

Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Additional languages would be considered an asset.

Proven track record in meeting sales targets 6 – 8 years of Sales & International business experience is essential.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver professional informative presentations to Senior Management and across diverse cultures.

Ability to analyze and understand financial statements.

Advanced Working knowledge of ERP, Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and CRM are required.
