How you´ll make an impact

Manage a team of cost accounting professionals and ensure financial information is provided to EW Manufacturing Operations.

Manage cost accounting team and/or manage one or more work streams in variance analysis, planning, reporting, month-end, and compliance

Lead efforts to optimize business processes and systems by assessing business needs and developing, proposing and implementing solution options.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business processes in the area of responsibility. Define effective and efficient business process workflow, including process modifications in partnership with stakeholders

Plan and direct multiple complex cost accounting projects with the accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables to the business within established schedule, scope, and quality objectives.

Lead in identifying risk, developing mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, resolving issues, etc. in collaboration with project managers

What you will need

Bachelor's Degree Required or Master's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance with previous work-related knowledge

Skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Manager Required

Fully trilingual

Previous experience in people leadership

Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, database tools (e.g., QlikView), financial systems, and ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP)

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

Expert understanding of financial procedures while identifying applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems

Expert understanding of related aspects of financial processes and/or systems

Demonstrated ability to manage one or more teams and provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations

Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of finance to the business
