Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter. **Job Description:** **Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world** As a Specialist Consumer Business Group Latam Collections you will play a key role for Collections in LATAM the division of Consumer Business Group. In this role you will be able to collaborate with Consumer Business Group team leaders and also manage collection activities. **The impact you will make in this role** - You will lead customer meetings, including visiting and understanding warehousing, payment, disputes, and support KAMS to growth the business. - You will supervise, check and work in collaboration with COE team around order holds/release aligned with area credit rules, customer status and DBTT payment history. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers by understanding and anticipating their service needs, collaborating closely with departments such as Customer Service, Billing & Invoicing, Issue Resolution, Cash Application and CIP team's members. - You will lead receive short payment disputes, determine the reason and follow up necessarily until resolution with parties involved. - You will receive and investigate credit and return complaints, determine the reason and work with the internal teams involved and customers to provide resolution. - You will motivate a vigorous collections activity through Salesforce, email, and calls in line with customers, division, and business group payment terms, conditions and AR/Delinquency goals. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: + Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start). + Minimum two (2) years of experience working with retail customers within finance, Accounts Receivable/Collections, analytics, and pricing. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Experience with Excel skills including familiarity with conditional formulas, vlookup and pivot tables + Experience with Power BI, Access, and Automation tools + Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests + Ability to communicate in writing and verbally using local languages Intermediate to advanced excel and data analysis skillset + Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce) + Experienced with cross-functional project leadership preferred + Self-motivated, and able to work effectively, in cross-functional groups, and with internal and external customers + Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems + Ability to follow through with commitments and show concern for the needs of others + Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills + Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion + Prefers to stay busy with a full workload and enjoys meeting challenges + Ability to handle work-related stress; handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and meet deadlines + English level: B2 or higher **Work location:** This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the corporate office at Santa Fe, CDMX. **Supporting Your Well-being** 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
