.We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Laser Tube Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Laser Tube Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality metal tubing components according to specifications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of laser cutting technology, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Set up and operate laser cutting machines to cut metal tubing according to job specifications.Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine cutting requirements.Load and unload metal tubing onto/from the laser cutting machine.Adjust machine settings such as speed, power, and focal length to optimize cutting quality and efficiency.Perform routine maintenance on laser cutting equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.Inspect finished tubing components for quality and accuracy, making adjustments to the cutting process as necessary.Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.Document production data and maintain accurate records of job orders, material usage, and machine maintenance

Pay Range:

19.20 - 28.80
