Laser Setter and Operator – Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday | Overtime Available 

 

 

At Pertemps we represent a established manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Laser setter to join its production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a fast-paced and quality-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines in accordance with job specifications and production schedules.

Monitor machine performance, ensuring continuous operation with minimal downtime.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine functionality.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company health and safety procedures.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a laser setter/operator within a manufacturing or production environment.

Familiarity with common laser cutting equipment (e.g. Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, Bodor) is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.

A proactive and dependable work ethic.
