About Coeur d'Alene Resort:
Our resort takes pride in its stunning outdoor spaces. We are looking for a dedicated Landscaping Maintenance team member to assist in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas.
The Role:
As a Landscaping Maintenance team member, you will perform routine maintenance tasks that keep our resort grounds healthy, clean, and attractive for guests and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Mow lawns, trim bushes, and prune trees to maintain tidy landscapes
+ Water plants and apply fertilizers or pesticides as needed
+ Remove debris and keep walkways and outdoor areas clean
+ Assist with seasonal planting and landscaping projects
+ Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
+ Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
What We're Looking For:
+ Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required
+ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
+ Physical stamina to perform manual labor
+ Attention to detail and pride in quality work
+ Positive attitude and team player mindset
+ Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
