What will you do? Supervise daily pool operations, including staff management, safety protocols, and facility cleanliness. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Prepare and submit reports on pool usage, incidents, and maintenance needs. Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily work of the landscaping team. Ensure all areas of the property are well maintained, clean, and visually appealing. Oversee planting, mowing, irrigation, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing. Monitor and maintain landscaping equipment and inventory. Implement sustainable landscaping practices and seasonal design updates. Train and mentor new and existing team members. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and resort standards. More about you Minimum 3 years of landscaping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of native plants, horticulture, and irrigation systems. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions. CA Driver’s License Required. CPO Certification is a plus. Physical requirements Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons Shift detailsOvertime as needed
