You would work in the Capitol Facilities Management Bureau of GSD with our team of 8 Landscape Technicians. Your work would change with the seasons, and would include mowing, plowing, tending flower and landscape beds, working with irrigation systems, applying chemicals and fertilizers, following safety procedures, and operating and caring for a wide range of power equipment and machinery…. and more! We are looking for someone with landscape experience described above. However, if you are a dedicated, hardworking individual, with exceptional soft skills and an ability to learn, we are willing to teach you and help you grow into this role. Please be aware that this position is a regular, full time, year-round position and requires an on-call status for snow removal from November 1 through April 1.
