About the role
About the Role: As a CBRE Landscape Supervisor, you will oversee the contracted team responsible for the coordination of landscaping efforts, ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of outdoor spaces.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Develop and implement landscaping plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
+ Supervise a team of contractor landscapers, gardeners, snow removal and grounds maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective work processes
+ Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards
+ Manage inventory of landscaping materials and equipment, including ordering and budgeting for supplies
+ Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of landscaping services with other facility operations
+ Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
+ Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members
+ Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for team members and visitors
+ Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement sustainable landscaping practices
+ Develop and manage budgets for landscaping projects and services
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
**What you’ll need**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience in landscaping or a related field
+ Prior supervisory experience preferred
+ In-depth understanding of landscaping principles, practices, and procedures
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information
+ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The compensation is about $73,840 annual base salary plus 5% target bonus based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
