Description

The landscape facility manager role within Real Estate Operations has the responsibility for landscape planning and design as well as managing a staff of landscape technicians. The primary focus of this role will be to coordinate the landscaping tasks of a team of landscaper technicians.

In this role you will respond to colleague and business requested work orders and have a routine schedule of work orders to complete.

Primary responsibilities include:

Plan landscaping design across a portfolio of bank propertiesPerform inspections of properties to determine action stepsHiring and managing staff of landscaping techniciansCoordinate training of staffWork order monitoringCoordinate activities of vendors as necessaryBudget planning and oversightPurchase and plan delivery of mulch, river rock, plants, etcPerform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties as needed to cover PTO and help with workloadLandscape by planting, trimming, and maintaining flowers, grass, shrubs, bushes, and small trees.Perform spring and fall cleanups to remove excess debris, leaves, and trim landscapingCoordinate repairs and maintenance for equipment utilized in groundskeepingInstall new hardscaping, river rock, fencing, signage, and other furnishings as requiredRespond to emergency and non-emergency service requests and prioritize work order responseClosing out work orders upon completion; via iPad or Computerized Maintenance Management SystemCommunicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customersEnsure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained and utilized in a safe manner consistent with established standards

Qualifications:

2 or more years of experience managing multiple employees4 or more years of experience in commercial landscape maintenanceExperience driving larger vehicles such as box trucks & pickup trucks with trailers Proven customer service experience and/or abilitiesCompetent use of MS Office applications to include MS Excel, Word, OutlookAbility to travel as requiredDemonstrated written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracyAbility to plan and prioritize workloadAbility to work outside in all types of weather to complete jobs safelyProven track record to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks to assure successful timely completion of allComfortable working at heights (ladders, roof top, etc)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Education, Certifications, and/or Professional Credentials:

High School Diploma or EquivalentValid Drivers License, required

Hours & Work Schedule:

Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with some weekend or overtime
