Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated landscaper to join our Wayfinder Waikiki team. The landscaper will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces by performing various landscaping duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of horticulture, landscape design, and maintenance techniques. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: • Mow lawns, trim hedges, edge flower beds, and perform other routine maintenance tasks to ensure outdoor areas are neat and aesthetically pleasing. • Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery. Ensure plants are properly fertilized and watered. • Treat foliage for pests, weeds, and diseases, applying appropriate chemicals when necessary, and monitoring the health of the plants. • Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation equipment. • Assist with landscape design projects. Previous experience in landscaping or a related field. Knowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs. Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be flexible in scheduling Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $25.00/Hr. - $32.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
