Hours: 9 hour days Monday - Thursday. 4 hour days on Friday. Also offer hybrid schedule WFH Mondays and Fridays, after 6 month probationary period


System One is assisting a client in hiring a Landscape Designer/Architect Junior Associate

Requirements: 2-4 years experience in Landscape Architecture/Design work on a diverse range of projects. Possess a  full understanding of the entire design process.  Willingness to gain more exposure on the Project Management side.  Licensed by the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners (TBAE) is preferred but not required. The client is willing to review Landscape Designers interested in pursuing their license, actively working towards their license, etc. Software: AutoCAD required. Familiarity/exposure to InDesign, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Education: Bachelors and/or Masters in Landscape Architecture Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. This position will be interacting with clients, consultants, and internal teams, so clarity and professionalism is important. Solid time management and organizational abilities. The position will be juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and meetings, and it’s extremely important to stay on top of priorities without letting details slip through the cracks.
