The Sales Representative II is trained on F&I and provides back-up to the F&I Manager as needed.

Responsibilities:Providing an exceptional customer purchasing experience.  Presenting vehicles to customers to assist them in their buying decision.  Using the Customer Management System to ensure timely, professional follow-up.Maintaining strong relationships with sold and prospective customers.

Qualifications:Experience in automotive sales requiredA genuine focus on customer service.Excellent organizational and time management skills required.Team player with excellent judgment, integrity and communication skills.Team Builder - Acts as a role model within the department while effectively providing feedback and earning respect as a leader.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
