Job Title: Laminator Slitter 2nd Shift – Ashland

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laminator Slitter Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift in Ashland. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality products are delivered with the best efficiency and lowest scrap possible.

As a Laminator Slitter Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operating and maintaining the laminator and slitter to meet product specifications Conducting quality testing and reporting any defects Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting Assisting in the training of other personnel Maintaining forklift certification and accurately completing documentation

We're looking for someone with:

A High School Diploma and/or secondary or technical schooling in mechanics, engineering, or manufacturing Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in lamination or plastics Ability to read and interpret product specifications and execute daily work Proficient computer skills and machine interface experience
