POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lamination Supervisor will manage all lamination operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manages/supervises Lamination hourly associates.Manages and improves Environmental, Health and Safety.Ensures daily production schedule is met.Controls MRO spending.Audits associates to ensure standard work is met and sustained.Manages layout of efficient use of machinery and equipment.Studies processes, analyzes and improves cost of production.ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNEDEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious supervisory experience requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Knowledge of lamination processes and techniqueAbility to effectively communicate with employees and peersComputer literate (excel, word processing)Strong organizational skills in record keeping, scheduling and document preparation.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and report data accurately.Read and understand instructionsTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
