THE OPPORTUNITY
Downer’s Energy & Utilities business has opportunities for casual Laggers to deliver outage services to RTAY in Yarwun, QLD. Commencing mid-August 2025, Downer will be providing mechanical and project services throughout the outage supporting the boiler maintenance and repair ensuring that work is completed safely, effectively and to the required standard.

Site Proficient: Experienced in outages and projects in the power generation or heavy industrial sectorTeam Oriented: Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skillsWorkplace Safety: Committed to safety and wellbeing of yourself and your colleaguesQualifications: Enter and work in confined spaces (RIIWHS202E), Working at heights (RIIWHS204E) (within 2 years), Construction white card
