Positionsübersicht
Der Stelleninhaber ist für die Kommissionierung, Verpackung und Versandvorbereitung von Kundenaufträgen sowie zugehörige Logistikprozesse verantwortlich. Die Tätigkeiten erfolgen unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Vorschriften sowie HBF-Standards.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

Vorbereitung und Kommissionierung von Materialien gemäß FIFO-Prinzip sowie Verpackung nach HBF-Qualitätsstandards

Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Lieferaufträgen inkl. Versandbuchung, Sendungsverfolgung und Abstimmung mit Customer Service und Frachtführern

Dokumentation über Checklisten sowie Meldung und Lösung von Abweichungen

Unterstützung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen, QMS-Audits und SOP-Erstellung für Lager & Logistik

Ordnungsgemäße Durchführung aller logistikbezogenen Aufgaben gemäß EHS- und Betriebsrichtlinien

Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Problemlösungen im Team

Verantwortlich für Sauberkeit und Ordnung im eigenen Arbeitsbereich

Mindestanforderungen

Allgemeiner Bildungsabschluss

Fähigkeit zum Lesen und Umsetzen von Arbeits- und Sicherheitsanweisungen sowie Qualitätsstandards

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in Logistik, Kommissionierung oder Verpackung

SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, gutes Zeitgefühl und Eigenmotivation

Physische Anforderungen

Stehen, Gehen, Treppensteigen, Bücken und Heben bis 25 kg erforderlich
