What You'll Be Doing

Operate mobile equipment such as loaders, forklifts, skid steers, and man-lifts on plant propertySupport plant operations through cleaning, lubrication, maintenance, and minor repairsAssist in concrete production, water management systems, and material transportParticipate in the Plant Chipping Team and other hands-on production tasksEnsure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations through regular inspections

What Are We Looking For

Physically capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs and working in year-round outdoor conditionsStrong ability to work safely and independently with minimal supervisionEager to learn through on-the-job training and contribute to a productive teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to support team collaborationForklift and Bobcat certification is an asset, but not required

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
