Join us and build _your_ ambition. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Our Amrize Aggregates operations in Central Alberta are looking for Labourers to join our team to carry out scheduled ground maintenance work and operate a skid steer, ideally. **These opportunities are for our Central Alberta Aggregates operations.** **WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH** • Perform several types of manual work • Handle materials, tools, and equipment • Operate automotive vehicles when required • Shovel spillage around conveyors • Ensure the safety of company personnel, the community, and environment • Seek out and implement Best Practices • Create an atmosphere of teamwork and ensure the development of personnel and arbitrate to resolve conflicts • Identify and communicate product problems and information • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
