**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Amrize Construction is seeking a **seasonal, full-time Labourer** to join our team in Saskatoon SK. This role plays a crucial part in supporting construction operations by performing a variety of manual labor tasks to ensure job site efficiency and safety. The successful candidate will assist with general site maintenance, material handling, and equipment operation.
**WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Perform minor truck and equipment maintenance.
+ Check grades to ensure accuracy.
+ Conduct pre and post-trip inspections.
+ Maintain clean job sites by performing shoveling, raking, sweeping, and other general labor duties.
+ General laborer duties associated with all aspects of road construction including base, paving and concrete applications.
+ Operate equipment as needed.
+ Spotting and flagging.
+ Assist in the placement, moving and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control devices.
+ Operate equipment as needed.
+ Perform other duties as assigned

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
**Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent
**Required Work Experience:** Experience in checking grades
**Required Training/Certifications:** Valid Class 5 Driver’s License. G Endorsement is an asset.
**Required Technical Skills:** Knowledge of construction and Experience hauling trailers is an asset
**Travel Requirements:** Knowledge of the City of Saskatoon and surrounding area
**Additional Requirements:**
+ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including crouching, bending, lifting, and kneeling.
+ Must successfully pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
+ Proven ability to follow safe work procedures and complete field risk assessments.
+ Work is performed in an outdoor setting, which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
+ Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
