Purpose:
Bringing operational excellence in adidas` distribution center (DC) to the next level with a leading labor management (LM) system. In this role, you will ensure the data accuracy of the labor management system by partnering with Operations to ensure data points are up-to-date and accurate. You will work within the Distribution Center to provide clerical support to ongoing operations by using proper business processes and controls within the labor management system.
Key Responsibilities (Functional):
Assist DC Excellence & CI Manager with continuous improvement projects (data collection, execution and result analysis).
Support the DC Excellence & CI Manager in running LM reports, trend analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
Assure an efficient and effective LM system usage through:
Deep dive into UPH/Throughput trends to identify associates or job functions that require further support/investigation.
Ensure Clock Ins/Outs in LM are accurate and up-to-date daily.
Partner with Ops to ensure all associates are logged into correct job functions daily.
Ensure all associates are correctly created and linked to supervisor and shift in LM, making daily adjustments as needed.
Participate in process analysis, SOP audits and time studies as required.
Participate in meetings with DC Operations on LEAN initiatives and projects.
Continuously evolve knowledge of DC reporting and analysis by participating in training provided and engaging with users in other departments to learn from their expertise.
Partner with DC Operational leadership team.
Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues to undertake tasks that require teamwork to complete properly.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work effectively in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on strong Excel skills.
Previous experience working in a WMS or comparable integrated software program.
Must be organized and adept at working with the electronic filing of large volumes of data.
Must be fully literate in the English language, both verbal and written.
Ability to work cooperatively within a large group of co-workers.
Positive and enthusiastic approach to coming to work each day.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, or demonstrated equivalent skills obtained through previous work and/or life experience.
