Insight Global is assisting a leading golf course construction company that does renovations and builds new courses. This family-owned company is looking for dedicated Laborers to join their expanding team in the southwest. This hands-on role involves physical outdoor work to support the shaping, building, and finishing of golf course features. No equipment operation is required just a strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a crew to bring high-quality golf course designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor such as raking, shoveling, grading, trenching, and backfilling.
- Install turf, sod, seed, and erosion control materials as needed.
- Assist with drainage, irrigation prep, bunker shaping, and other fine-detail tasks.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies at the job site.
- Follow directions from supervisors and assist skilled trades or equipment operators as needed; communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and storing materials properly.
- Adhere to safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Demonstrate pride in the work and be fully committed to the success of the project and team.
- Other duties as assigned.
