What You'll Be Doing

Perform general labor duties such as shoveling, lifting, and moving materialsOperate tools and equipment safely in compliance with company standardsAssist with maintenance and cleanup of work areas to ensure a safe environmentSupport production processes by following instructions and best practicesCommunicate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform manual laborStrong attention to safety, following protocols and proceduresTeam-oriented mindset with effective communication skillsWillingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilitiesAbility to operate or learn to operate basic machinery and equipment

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
