Job Description

We are looking for a Laboratory test engineer to join our team and support an important customer. The activity includes: 

Perform the following tests and characterization:Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analisysDifferential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) analysisChemical Analysis on flat metals / aluminum / bulk metals / batteries / magnets / materials for fuel cells / polymers materialsMicroscopy inspection on metals / polymers / battery materialsTensile / Hardness / Charpy / Tribology / Diffractometry testsBattery cell aging tests and tier down

Qualifications1-2 years of experience in Automotive Materials in one or more of the following technical fields:Metals & AnticorrosionPolymers & Bio SourcedMaterials for ElectronicsKnowledge of automotive materials and materials testing methodsUniversity Degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience. Preferred specializations are: mechanical, electronics, aeronautical, chemical, industrial processesEnglish minimum level: B1Knowledge of MS-OfficeFlexibility, Ability to work under pressure, initiative, capacity of teamwork, social and intercultural competencyHigh level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and motivate team members
