Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Chemical Laboratory Technician to join our Flash Point and Insoluble team within the Analysis Department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in wet lab work and a passion for analytical chemistry in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare chemical samples for analysis following established protocols.
+ Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation, such as flash point testers, titrators, and spectrometers.
+ Accurately record and analyze data, ensuring quality and compliance.
+ Communicate test results and insights clearly with internal customers and stakeholders.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, safe lab environment.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field (preferred).
+ Proven experience in wet chemistry techniques and laboratory operations.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with chemical manufacturing environments is a plus.
+ Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
Work Environment
The position involves working directly in a dynamic laboratory setting. The environment encourages internal growth and development, leveraging technologies such as flash point testers, titrators, and spectrometers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
