Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support laboratory operations through accurate testing, documentation, and equipment maintenance. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-based environment where precision, consistency, and safety are key to success.

What You'll Do:

Perform routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

Record and interpret data accurately following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Assist in sample preparation, labeling, and proper storage of retained samples

Conduct equipment calibrations and maintain lab instrumentation under supervision

Follow safety and quality control protocols to ensure accurate results

Communicate test results and observations to team leads or supervisors

Support documentation for audits, regulatory compliance, or internal reporting

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab workspace

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Environmental Science, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Familiarity with basic lab practices and safety protocols

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, lab software experience is a plus)
