Note: Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level **Job Summary** The Supervisor of Lab oversees routine lab activities. This ensures adequate staffing and timely, quality-standard tests. Assists with hiring, training, evaluations, and payroll. **Essential Functions of the Role** + Supervises the work of assigned subordinates in testing phases. Performs all delegated functions as defined by the facility CLIA Director. + Prepares schedules, coordinates job assignments, and monitors personnel.
