The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Ophthalmology Department is searching for a Research Technician I in the Gao Lab. The research will focus on development of novel gene editing technologies and translation of precision gene editing to treat genetic diseases.

Performs laboratory testing and some analysis on multiple types of specimen samples. Operates and properly sterilizes equipment and maintains inventory and assists with ordering.
