YOUR ROLE

As a Laboratory Leader/Warranty Coordinator on our team, you’ll:

Responsible for warranty quality related analysis and activitiesJudgement authority for product conformity or non-conformity with Customer warranty requirements. Support operation in understanding and applying warranty requirements.Guaranty training to all Quality and Engineering on the warranty proceduresMonitor all warranty costs and compliance with related procedures.Obtain and review at regular intervals warranty requirements for quality related activities and assure the proper understanding within the organization.Monitor and assure all measurement and test equipment are calibrated on timeAssuring MSA studies to be doneAssure PPAP samples and regular daily production parts are measured and documented as per customer requirementsDefine and revise periodically scope of laboratory.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Knowledge of VDA/AIAG standardsKnowledge of customer warranty requirementsKnowledge of customer technical norms and requirementsKnowledge of laboratory measurement equipment and calibration processFluent in EnglishSystematic and punctual
