We are looking for candidates with some previous work experience in managing server and/or radio hardware. Alternatively, knowledge of multi-router server networks is also applicable. This position is open for candidates located in Finland, as relocation services cannot be provided. As a Laboratory Network Trainee, your responsibilities include installing cloud hardware and handling connectivity cabling in the laboratory network, as well as configuring and maintaining routers and switch configurations. You should have at least basic knowledge of networking protocols commonly used in modern data center IP networks. You are expected to keep clear documentation of the network configuration to ensure smooth information sharing with network users. In addition, you will manage and resolve service requests from lab users. The goal is to support lab network users by providing timely assistance in creating new configurations and updating existing ones, helping us meet the service level agreement (SLA) targets set for our laboratory environment.
