Laboratory Calibration Technician

The Calibration Technician will primarily be supporting the laboratory by performing calibration, maintenance, and repair of general-purpose measuring and test equipment across various Metrology disciplines. The technician will also maintain detailed and accurate records, including calibration certificates.

ResponsibilitiesPerform calibration, maintenance, and repair of measuring and test equipment in electrical, fluid quantities, mechanical, mass, thermodynamics, time and frequency, and other Metrology disciplines.Work in accordance with established procedures.Maintain consistent and steady hand coordination for pipette calibration.Ensure daily work complies with company policies on quality, ethics, integrity, and standards of business conduct.Follow necessary regulatory requirements.Use computers, software, and automation systems effectively for assigned duties.Document and report activities accurately, including Calibration Reports and Expense Reports.Maintain various types of equipment in good working condition.QualificationsMust have experience calibrating and/or working with laboratory equipment in some capacity.Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.67 - $21.63/hr.
