Aufgabe

Personalführung und - Einsatzplanung unter Berücksichtigung der Personalverfügbarkeit Entwickeln und Fördern der unterstellten Mitarbeiter im Rahmen der vorgegebenen Qualifikationsmatrix, Kontrolle des Lernerfolgs und Erteilen der Freigabe zur selbstständigen DurchführungSicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften im VerantwortungsbereichPlanung und Durchführung laborspezifischer Projekte (z.B. Etablieren neuer bereichsübergreifender Arbeitsstandards) Planung, Durchführung und statistische Auswertung von Studien (z.B. Kalibrierungen, Eignung von Reagenzien u.ä.)Bestandsmanagement und BudgetplanungErstellen und Nachverfolgen von ÄnderungsanträgenZusammenstellen von Zulassungsunterlagen und Kontakt zu Gesundheitsbehörden in EnglischZusammenstellen und Präsentieren von Ergebnissen, ggf. in EnglischErstellen, Führen und Kontrollieren von Labordokumenten, z.B. Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

i.d.R. abgeschlossenes Studium zum Bachelor of Science, z.B. Biologie Über 5 Jahre BerufserfahrungEnglisch Level 2
