Labor Relations Lead - Germany
**Title -** Labor Relations Lead Germany **Business-** HR **Officer Title -** Vice President **Location -** Frankfurt **Job Purpose/Overview:** This role supports Citi's Labor Relations teams, acting as a crucial link between HR, Employment Law, and Legal departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, diplomacy, and prioritization skills, coupled with a deep understanding of German labor laws and regulatory requirements.
