Reporting to the Global Labor Strategy & Employee Relations Lead and closely working with the People Director France, the Labor Relations Lead is responsible for steering and coordinating labor relations for commercial operations and global corporate functions perimeter in France, covering two legal entities.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Social Dialogue & Employee Representation**
+ Lead social dialogue, ensuring smooth relations with employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT, and commissions).
+ Manage recurring consultations (economic and financial policies, social policy, salary negotiations, etc.).
+ Oversee the implementation of collective agreements, ensuring alignment with group policies and local execution with People & Culture teams.
+ Serve as the key liaison for administrative authorities and external legal advisors on labor relations matters.
**Collective Bargaining & Labor Strategy**
+ Define the labor strategy in collaboration with the People Director France on key P&C policies (well-being, compensation, work organization, inclusion & diversity, QVCT, occupational health & safety).
+ Support transversal negotiations at the Group level, including workforce planning, job classifications, and other strategic topics.
+ Ensure compliance with labor regulations and collective agreements while supporting transformation projects.
**Individual Labor Relations & Advisory Role**
+ Advise HR Business Partners and business leaders on individual labor relations issues (disciplinary matters, disputes, legal risks).
+ Oversee case management, working closely with external legal counsel when needed.
+ Guide teams in managing labor-related risks and conflict prevention.
**Reporting & Social Data Management**
+ Supervise and analyze labor relations indicators, ensuring accurate social reporting.
+ Manage the centralization of social data, including annual reports and compliance tracking.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices with other CHC and Group labor relations teams.
**ABOUT YOU**
+ Proven experience in labor relations, with a strong grasp of employment law and collective bargaining.
+ 5 years experience at least.
+ Strategic mindset with the ability to drive transformation while maintaining social dialogue.
+ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, fostering trust and constructive exchanges.
+ Business-oriented, proactive, and able to provide pragmatic solutions to complex challenges.
+ Excellent communication and advisory skills, with a structured and analytical approach.
+ Fluent in French and English.
