Labor Law & HR Projects Specialist
**Job Description Summary** Role to support locally with Employee relations as well as projects for the international commercial organization in pharma. This role will be responsible for HR activity through the colleague lifecycle across the Spanish and Portuguese population. The client group is across various functions including service, commercial and supporting functions. As well supporting international projects for the Pharma organization. Due to the matrixed set up of GE HealthCare, you will be working closely with multiple members of the HR team to ensure the smooth and effective operation of HR processes. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Employee Relations: knowledge and advising in legal matters for Spain. + Empower Employees: Be the go-to person for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR matters, and fostering a positive work environment. + HR Champion: Act as a trusted advisor, offering coaching and expertise in HR processes to help leaders and employees thrive. + Innovative Problem Solver **:** Use your analytical skills to implement HR policies and strategies that drive success. + Project Collaborator: Play a key role in special projects at both local and international levels, such as bonus programs, training matrices, and job leveling, contributing to the overall growth and development of the organization. + Autonomous Contributor: Work independently within established guidelines, adjusting procedures as needed to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency. + Project Management: Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. + Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to drive HR decisions and strategies, ensuring informed and impactful outcomes. **Reporting Structure:** + Local Scope: Report to the local HR Manager. + Global Scope: Dotted line reporting to the Senior HR for international projects within the Pharma line of business. **Required Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Law, Employee relations, Human Resources or related field, or a high school diploma with relevant experience. + Experience: Strong background in Employee Relations, including labor law compliance, collective bargaining, conflict resolution and workplace investigations. Experience managing or supporting HR-related projects is desired. + Fluent in English and Spanish + Skills **:** Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to analyze and resolve problems, project management skills, and data-driven decision-making abilities. + Team Player: Established skills in collaborating with team members and stakeholders. **Desired Characteristics:** + Communication: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. + Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively. + Project Management: Ability to document, plan, market, and execute HR programs. \#LI-AV1 \#LI-Hybrid **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
