What you'll be doing (responsibilities)
Responsible for owning, managing and monitoring multiple simple to moderate labeling projects from initiation through completionAble to adapt to and interact with all levels of local and international organizationHas good understanding of labeling end-to-end process.Facilitates the creation of regulatory and manufacturing/supply chain strategy, project scope for labeling implementationAble to support and drive business targets associated with the labeling operations team (cycle time, accuracy, compliance).Interact with partners (internal and external) for the labeling project stakeholders to implement labeling on product.Able to facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings for labeling projects and capable of resolving conflicts, provides path forward for labeling project issues.Proactive in identifying and resolving labeling operations related issuesDetermine execution strategy in change management systemDevelop change plans and monitor activity to closureCreates and manages schedules to track projects to service level agreementsThe incumbent will perform other duties as assignedHas good interpersonal and communication skillsHas exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple projectsHas good problem-solving skillsQualifications
Experience in a global environment in pharmaceutical labeling or regulated industries preferredCustomer minded with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of local and international organizationProficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint)Knowledge of change management systems (TW8 - CCM) · General understanding of Quality Management Systems · Experience understanding project schedules, Microsoft Project as a plus · Understanding of labeling, translations data management systems, PowerBI as a plus.Education and/or Experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in project management or change managementWorking experience in a regulated industryEqual Employment Opportunity
