Job Description

Danfoss Power Solutions in Eden Prairie, MN, has an exciting opportunity for a Co-op Lab Technician. This role will provide hands-on support in our dynamic hydraulics test lab, assisting technicians and engineers with critical test operations and lab maintenance activities.

This is a part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) position, working in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.  Pay rate for this position will range from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on education level and experience.  

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Assist technicians with test stand setups and troubleshooting. Support 5S initiatives to maintain lab organization, cleanliness, and safety. Participate in the relocation of test stands, including disassembly, reassembly, and documentation. Help maintain detailed documentation for test stand configurations and test procedures. Assist with new test stand builds and related capital projects. Background and Skills

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate's degree in Fluid Power Engineering Technician (AAS) or a similar technical program. Strong foundational knowledge of hydraulics. Hands-on mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting capabilities. Ability and willingness to learn quickly, take initiative, and contribute positively to team objectives. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred candidates have diverse work experiences demonstrating adaptability and practical skills.
