Our client, a leading provider in the mining and materials industry, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the laboratory team supporting quality control and product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the capability to follow complex instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Rockwood, MI

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

Shift: Third Shift: Monday-Friday: 11:00PM - 7:30AM, Every Other Weekend: 7:00AM - 3:00PM

What's the Job?

Obtains samples for analyses. Prepares samples for analyses. Runs routine laboratory analyses. Updates computer database with sample analysis data. Prepares written reports for work activities.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work safely and prioritize safety in all tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with a high degree of independence. Capability to follow complex instructions.
