To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lab Technician to join our Quaker Oats team. This role consists of analysing oat production samples against product specifications, release compliant product to market and support the quality team. Check all calibrations and maintenance associated with analytical equipment – in-line, laboratory, and production areas in accordance with Quality Dept requirements Perform Quality audits and Safety inspections to ensure adherence to FSSC and AIBI standards. Actively engage with internal stakeholders to perform troubleshooting exercises to prevent any non-compliance. Manage Laboratory waste and systems Comply with all PepsiCo Policies to ensure the highest quality of food is produced Qualifications Qualifications in Food Science and technology and/or Certificate in Laboratory Techniques is desired but not essential.
